Vendors must collect and remit 6% sales tax, etc. Payment and registration information must be received no later than June 26, 2009. We look forward to seeing whoever can make it on short notice. We will try to make this fun and hopefully you can even sell some lighters. Vendors will be allowed to display and sell Case knives also.
Please help to spread the word that "The show must go on." Downtown Bradford will be having a Car Show and Sidewalk Sales on Friday, Karoeke in the Square Friday night, and I believe there will be an Art Show right around the corner from us (by Roseart's Store on Main Street). We will have coffee/tea and donuts available for purchase in the a.m. and a vendor setup so you can purchase lunch. I believe Claudio Mazzi and Antonella are still going to be coming all the way from Italy also. Please help us to spread the word.

Congratulations to David Erich from St. Marys PA
Dave Erich is a new Roseart customer who is very happy with his purchase of the turkey lighter. He is a quadriplegic, and this year was able to take his first long beard spring gobbler.
Dear Roseart, Here is a picture of me and my brother Chris with the turkey I got this year. We were hunting out of a ground blind. The turkey weighed 18lbs., had an 8" beard and 3/4" spurs.
Congratulations Dave!

Introducing Roseart’s new Lapis Lazuli line
We are proud to announce the new Lapis Lazuli line exclusively on Roseart’s website. The intense and exclusive blue color of lapis lazuli has always been a symbol for purity, health, elegance, luck and nobility. It is for this reason that this splendid semi-precious stone has been used by man for more than 6,000 years to highlight its creations. The Sumerians and Babylonians gave splendor to their best jewels, by using lapis lazuli mined in Afghanistan. The Greeks also attributed to the stone healing. The Egyptian Pharaohs used lapis lazuli in their thrones and funeral masks and Cleopatra used its dust as eye make up. During the Renaissance period, lapis lazuli powder has also been used as a fade resistant blue pigment by renowned painters as Leonard da Vinci, Fra Angelico and Albrecht D¨urer.
The Stone and crystals of the zodiac for November 23 – December 21 is Lapis Lazuli.
Its healing properties are known to be - Depression, Immune System, Psychic Awareness, and Purify Body/Mind/Spirit. For those of you into Chakra information, this is from the 6th Chakra; the Color is Indigo, the Energy Focus - Spiritual awareness, psychic power, intuition, and light and the stone is Lapis Lazuli.
By combining hand blown glass with natural Lapis Lazuli lazurite crystals, we have created a product line unlike any other in the world today.

Roseart Family Art
“Spring Ritual” by Eric Lundsten 1 of 100 Limited Edition
"As an avid outdoorsman, I consider myself fortunate to be able to experience time and time again, the indescribable beauty that nature holds. Growing up in the small rural town of Ellington, NY, my father introduced me to hunting and fishing as a young boy. He taught me to love and appreciate nature, as well as the wildlife that thrives there. Whether I find myself secluded at the base of a big old maple in the spring turkey woods, or maybe perched high in a hemlock during the fall archery season, whichever reason it may be, I just love to be out there. From over the years, certain sights, sounds, and even just a feeling, seem to linger in my head. It’s from those special moments in time that my art is created."
Eric currently is a 4th generation memorialist for Wright Monumental Works, an artist specializing in hand etchings. He is the great grandson of Roseart Founder, the late Philip M. Rose, and grandson and nephew of the Current Owners of Roseart, Ralph and Judy Rose and Kelly and Mark Platko.

Customer Comments
Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Rose, Kelly & Mark and Webmaster Donny Kemick,
Thank you all for your great products and website.
I have been an avid collector of Zippos since 1971, and have approx. 1400 "ZIPPO" lighters dating back to the 1930's to present.
The centerpieces of my collection are "my” ROSEART LIGHTERS! They are the love of my life! (My wife is ok with this).
I have been in contact with Kelly Rose Platko lately and very happy to tell you what a pleasure it is to talk to her and a company that cares deeply about their customers. As "Grandfather Phillip" has passed down a treasure - I also will pass down my (his) treasures to my children.
Kelly-what an HONOR it has been working with you! I will be your # ONE FAN forever!!
Gary L.
Portland, Oregon
Thanks for the kind words Gary!

Introducing Roseart’s new Jurrasic Ammonites!
The plant life of the Jurassic was dominated by the cycads, but conifers, ginkgoes, horsetails, and ferns were also abundant. Of the marine invertebrates, the most important were the ammonites. The dominant animals on land, in the sea, and in the air were the reptiles. Dinosaurs, more numerous and more extraordinary than those of the Triassic, were the chief land animals; crocodiles, ichthyosaurs, and plesiosaurs ruled the sea, while the air was preempted by the pterodactyls and their allies.
